why and who to become a member ?

What can we give you ?     It's possible to create your own maxicards and some collectors are proceeding in this way.  But with a dynamic association it is possible to follow the postal actuality globally or by topical subjects.

You can  also find the benefit from our contacts with others associations abroad.  We have the possibility to provide you maximum cards from France,  Italy (including San Marino and Vatican), Portugal (including Madeira and Azores)

You can also receive advises to start a collection or to participate at philatelic competitions.

Our association is affiliated to the "Fédération Royale des Cercles Philatéliques de Belgique" and also to the "Union des Cercles Philatéliques de la Région Bruxelloise".
