At the end of  2001, the "Maximaphiles Belges" decide to stop their activities.

Upon proposal of two Administrators also members of the WPC  WATERLOO PHILATELIC CLUB, it has been decided to create a separate section financialy independant.    In one word , WPC THE BELGIAN MAXIMAPHILES begin from zéro.

Today the association "THE BELGIAN MAXIMAPHILES" is fully independant under the legal form of what is called in Belgium "Association sans but lucratif".   We have relationships with similar groups in France, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Greece, Germany and  correspondents in the USA, Luxemburg, ... 

Conception, research and  creation of the  maximum cards, in respect of the rules edicted from the FIP international Fédération of Philately are under control of a group of experimented maximaphiles.
